Description
Electric street sweeper
As a 2 m³ electric street sweeper, the Electra 2.0 evos is not only the big brother of the Electra 1.0 in size, but also in specifications. Like the 1.0, the 2.0 is fully electric and the most energy-efficient machine of its kind. To reinforce this, the brakes regenerate energy, the machine has a 48-volt electrical system and uses the same CAN-BUS system as the Electra 1.0. Also noteworthy is the fact that the 2.0 for 92% is recyclable, minimizing its impact on the environment. In addition to the larger dumpster capacity, the Tenax Electra 2.0 evos' cab seats two people, has a clean water tank of no less than 400 liters and easily switches between two-wheel steering in drive mode and four-wheel steering in work mode. The machine was introduced in 2018.
It has a working time of 8 to 10 hours, including the use of air conditioning and/or heating. This has been shown in several tests, including in Rotterdam.

The Tenax Electra 2.0 evos is the only sweeper with the 48-volt electrical system, the lowest voltage, in the world. Because of this system, there are no special workshop requirements and no special personnel training is required. Add to this the CAN-BUS system, which makes it easy to read the machine, and you have a very user-friendly street sweeper.
