Electric street sweeper for litter
The SmartWind is a litter vacuum and a street sweeper in one machine. With a 220-litre hopper, including a HEPA filter for PM10 fine dust and quartz dust, this fully electric machine is a size up from the Maxwind. The dirt can also be collected in a plastic bag (optional). It seats one operator and is steered with the distinctive joystick control. The SmartWind has been in production since early 2019 and has a net working time of 8 to 10 hours, which is ample for squares, parks and business parks.
Sweeping and suction
The main brush sweeps 60 cm wide; with the two side brushes that goes up to 155 cm. The side brushes are shock-resistant. An extra suction hose of 3 metres reaches dirt in places the machine cannot get to, and a spray lance is fitted as standard. Dust is kept down by the 50 L spray system, and the filter has a surface of 4 m² with an electric filter shaker.
Drive and battery
Traction is on the front wheels, the top speed is 10 km/h and the machine handles gradients up to 22%. Battery run time is around 8 hours, and the SmartWind is available with different battery packs.
Dimensions and noise
The SmartWind measures 194 x 139 x 209 cm (LxWxH) and weighs around 700 kg, depending on the battery pack. Noise level is 63 dB(A).
