Description
The Comac HP4000 is the powerful street sweeper with a green soul, designed to take cleaning to the next level and reduce waste and emissions. This is because Comac has designed the TwinAction System, a unique technology that combines the performance of two machines in one machine. The power of the mechanical action ensures that coarse debris, branches and leaves are collected, while the efficiency of the suction system ensures that even fine dust is captured.
This innovative street sweeper is equipped with a rotating shaft with hammers to easily collect even large debris, which is then shredded without the risk of clogging the vacuum duct. The filters the HP4000 is equipped with ensure that PM10 and PM2.5 particles are captured, returning clean air to the environment. Waste reduction is also an important issue for all Comac machines, and the HP4000 is therefore designed with a special vacuum system that significantly reduces water consumption during cleaning. It is designed to operate without water, which in fact is only used in auxiliary functions to reduce dust on the side brushes, in dumping waste and in the pressure washer.
Flexibility and strength
The design of the HP4000 ensures that no element touches the ground, making it possible to sweep effectively over uneven terrain and over bumps and sidewalks. The central brush, thanks to its design and automatic pressure control, can easily follow the contours of any surface.
The HP4000 is suitable for cleaning urban areas, coarse dirt in industrial areas, as well as picking up large and small leaves and branches. The lower water consumption also makes the HP4000 particularly suitable for cleaning industrial areas and cement plants, both places characterized by the presence of large amounts of dust. The powerful FCA engine reduces fuel consumption and ensures consistent application over time, certified to EURO6. PHASE E emissions legislation.

- 4 independent suspensions for excellent roadholding, even at high total weight, and high comfort when driving over bumps and sidewalks,
- Intelligent 4-wheel steering system,
- Hopper sensor to know when the hopper is full,
